Registration is just a step away!
Follow these steps to register:
- Download our Regular Registration Form or Summer Registration Form. (You will need Adobe Reader for this.)
- Print Registration Form and fill it out completely.
Note: If the student is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form for registration to be valid. Unsigned forms will be returned. - Choose one of the following options:
- Mail the registration form to Premiere Dance Center with a check or money order for the full tuition plus a $25 registration fee.
OR - Bring the form into Premiere Dance Center and pay at the front desk
- Mail the registration form to Premiere Dance Center with a check or money order for the full tuition plus a $25 registration fee.
