Melissa Farrar

Growing up with dance, Melissa’s 15 years of training in ballet, pointe, modern, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop, include such accomplishments as 1st runner-up Miss Teen Dance of America at Dance Educators of America’s (DEA) National dance competition. , DEA’s regional Ms. Dance Northwest title holder, Miss Dance Rave Northwest, Rainbow Dance Connection’s Dancer of the Year, Highest Scoring dance solo at the Regional DEA dance competition and convention and a two time winner of a scholarship at the DEA Ballet Intensive Workshop program at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas (UNLV). Now striving to provide instruction to motivated dancers, her choreography has received awards such as 2nd and 1st runner up at the Dance Masters of America Regional dance titleist competition. Looking forward to a great season, she can’t wait to share her knowledge of dance with those who share the same passion.
